A Brief Overview Of The History Of A Audi S4 Cars Part 1
The Audi S4 Cars is a sports car that was derived from the Audi A4. The S4 name was first used by Audi for the sports version of the Audi 100. The Audi car company started making changes in the cars it was offering in 1990. As a result of this new line-up of cars being introduced, the Audi S4 Cars came into being. This was a sports version of the new look 100. The S4 though had the same C4 platform as the 100 but it effectively took the place of the 200 Turbo Quattro. The later model had stopped production in 1990. The S4 was introduced in the world market, equipped with a 2.2 liter inline 5 engine, though buyers in Europe had the option of buying a S4 with a 4.2 liter V8 engine. The S4 was available with a Quattro all wheel drive and manual transmission.
